Experience Hope

Welcome to Hope Lutheran Church – come experience a dynamic, energetic, friendly family of faith where new faces are welcome and hospitality abounds!   As people of faith we are dedicated to following Jesus and serving him. We are working together, with God, to love and serve others through our community outreach and passionate discipleship.  We seek to see our community, near and far, transformed by the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Experience Hope where we welcome all who are seeking God’s love, grace and hope. Come to be assured, forgiven, encouraged and challenged.  Please join our friendly church family in worship each Sunday morning at 9:15 with fellowship and Bible Study following the service.

We welcome you to prepare yourselves for Easter by attending our Midweek Lenten services each Wednesday from February 21st through  March 21st  at 12:00 noon and 7:00pm.  Each Wednesday we will present a Lenten Drama Series entitled, “The People vs. Judas Iscariot” (the punishment phase). The homily (drama) takes the shape of a court hearing in which Judas undergoes his punishment phase. Prosecution and defense attorneys attempt to sway the judge and congregation with evidence based upon the Bible and tradition. Various witnesses are “subpoenaed” to testify, including Peter, John, Mary Magdalene, and others.

The Bible reminds us from Matthew 28:18-20 that our mission is to make disciples and followers of all nations for our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Hope Lutheran’s Mission Statement is based upon that biblical teaching. The following is the Mission Statement of Hope Lutheran Church:     Our mission is to empower people to experience lasting hope through an ever-growing connection with Jesus, the Christ.
